You have to defeat every enemy for five consecutive waves.
A wave is considered one row of enemies. It can be anywhere from one flying rock to a whole group of guys shooting at you.
Start up Infinite Mode on Normal and get your laser close to or up to max and take out everything for five consecutive waves |

| You can get this in the first five waves (probably easiest since things are less "manic"). Waves 2 and 5 will have a series of asteroids that move fast, but if you tap them to "enrage" them, they will slow down (and still not shoot) and give you plenty of time to clear them with your basic laser. (In general, enraging enemies will slow them down.) |
