You get Focus for doing takedowns(holds up to 3 at a time, circles in the bottom right when you preform one). To do a Focus Kill, press LB+ RT. It essentially locks onto the enemy for you so you can shoot., Do this 80 times for the achievement to unlock! There is a counter in the corner when you successfully do a Focus Kill, to make counting easier :)
