This is a doable achievement. All you need to do is complete the mission on 007 difficulty, which is easier said than done. Rather than explaining everything on what needs to be done, I will instead provide a Youtube video that shows how to earn it. Credit goes to Seraphim17 for creating and posting this video for everyone to see.
The only hard parts, to this mission, is the big gunfights in several spots. Best advice I can give you is cover and shoot quick. On this difficulty, one or two shots will get you killed, so play safe. Do not rush into any area with guns blazing; you will die instantly. Instead, be on the defensive all the time, kill them all with quick shots, and stay in cover constantly. You do that and the achievement can and will be earned!
