It took me a few tries, but it was pretty easy the last time I tried for the achievement and got it. Please note that you don't get the achievement if you restart from your last checkpoint if you mess up.
The key is to drive slow, just slow enough to where you have a good length between you and Nicole's car. She won't be going fast at all, but just press the A button every now and again for acceleration. Watch ahead of you for parked cars and oncoming traffic. The only problems I had with other cars involved a cop car driving into my lane then a slow motion area involving a semi and a bunch of logs. Just follow what I've said and you'll get it. The achievement pops when you get to the part where you ram her car for damage (the bridge).
