Alright, this is imo the hardest set to get all 16 stars, entirely due to the point rush. For this stage you have to get a whopping 140 points to get all 4 stars.

Without any guides whatsoever on the internet, I've played this probably 50 times looking for a good path to take. Another 50 to actually do it.

This is what I've found best (at least for casual)

1.) Take right path from start. Jump over -2
2.) Ollie gap for +2, start building combo meter.
3.) Ollie before ramp to earn the next +2 and land on rail for +1
4.) Ollie next planter for +2

3b)Take right path off ramp.
4b)Land, lean right. Should auto go on rail for +5.
Possibly better way to go. Getting the +2,+1 at same time for 3.) is tricky.

3c) Lean towards right path and ollie just before ramp. If done right you'll land on the roof grinding. At the end of the roof is a +10 and you'll land on the +5 rail.

5.) Take right path. Hit the speed arrows
6.) Make sure to have full combo meter.
7.) Push down long hallway to next ramp. Here there's a set of +1 +1 +1 +1 +2 type arching downward. You have two options here: Just don't ollie. you'll collect almost all of the bubbles. Or, Ollie about mid-way up the ramp. Don't overshoot it.
8.) Next ollie short gap +2, no tricks.
9.) Use BOOST to get +2 and +15!! Absolutely necessary to hit this. Sometimes you'll land downstairs, sometimes you'll land over the gap on the roof. Other times you'll somehow bail and want to throw your skateboard.
10.)Build new combo over next few obstacles, take either path for conveyor belts. Along the way you'll get a few +2's and +1's
11.) After second jump both paths converge, use your next BOOST here. You'll get a ton of points, +10 +5 +2 +1. Where you jump from at the ramp is very hard to get down in order to hit all the point bubbles. This is by far the hardest part of the run. I found hitting it as you come off gets all but the +1 consistently
12.)Ollie off or just fall to next rail; should be ~139 before for the +2 before finish line. If you need it, lean right and ollie right as you get to the curve in the rail to hit it.

This is by far the most challenging 4 stars in the regular levels. It has to be a perfect run, all bubbles, no bailing and have the boost meter full when needed. I don't remember anything near this hard for the other levels.

I've toyed around with all the left paths, but nothing comes close to hitting the +10s, +15 on the right paths.

My Video I got very very lucky. I accidentally used boost and found the +10 on the roof by accident. If you can manage getting there without using a boost, go for it. It can save a headache. I had to rebuild boosts without much room for error. If getting to this spot is troublesome, the regular path should yield ~138-139 before the finish line, so that last +2 is the most crucial part of the run--Unless you get every +1 along the way.

The later half of the stage is all about when to ollie the ramps, some are mid-ramp and some are as you leave it. Take note in the video where I do it or you'll over/undershoot the bubbles.

If you need help with the other events, let me know. I'll try posting another guide.
