I did this on Easy, and I'm damn near positive that's the easiest way to do it.
No songs gave TOO much trouble. A few I had to do multiple times, like Soulja Boy. In the end though, not too bad.
I reckon if you're attempting Dance Instructor, you'll pick this up along the way. But seriously? Just 5 Star everything on Easy for the best route to this achievement.
