    The easiest way to do this, is just don't boost, there are no real incentives to go for the medals anyway. Choose a beginner track, don't use your boost, and get into lane quickly if you can, to avoid the rear of your car swinging out and hitting a barrel

    This is pretty easy but a simple way to do this is to have 2 players & sit behind the second players car in the same lane & let them smash everything out of the way.
