Just as it states just complete the tutorial. You will automatically start off in the tutorial when you start up for the first time. Just go through and once you are done the achievement will pop.
Update:
For those that skip the tutorial and go right on playing instead, here is how you can still get this achievement. At the main menu in the top right corner you will see 3 icons. One is of a trophy another a cog wheel and then a big one with "Add Me" under it. Hover over the cog wheel icon, this is for extras, and then you will come to another menu with 5 options to pick from. Just pick the one that says "Tutorial."
