Here is exactly how they are done, all ten puzzles are in these two video guides, these were done on the PS3 version, but the 360 version is exactly the same so don't worry.
I finished the main storyline before I had done all of these puzzles.
These aren't mine but just some videos I stumbled across.
Kudos to PowerPyx for uploading them.

Geoff and Jack from AchievementHunter.com has all the solutions for all 10 "rift solutions" in Assassin's Creed:Brotherhood by Ubisoft Montreal. I personally like these solutions videos the best because of Geoff and Jack's hilarious commentary

Just to point out something.
if you're like me and you played the story normally doing bits and bobs here and there, chances are that you have some completed and others not. to easily know what you have done before, do this:
pause game
Database
Locations, and then just scroll around, locations where you've already done the clusters will have the symbol on the upper left corner grey'd out and locations you still have to do will have the symbol in red, you can just press A and choose "Set Marker".
