You need to be at level 5 to unlock Alliance mode.

Here is a list of all co-op bonuses there are 3 that require kills and 3 that require stuns.

1. Multi-kill: your team scores two kills within 10 seconds of each other
2. Co-Op kill: Lock on a target and let a teammate kill that contract (or kill someone that another team mate has locked on)
3. Diversion: Kill a target that is being chased by your team mate


4. Rescue: Stun an enemy that is pursuing your team mate
5. Co-Op Stun: Stun a pursuer locked on by your team mate
6. Knockout: Your team stuns two pursuers within 10 seconds of each other.
