You can easily get this achievement by playing the introductory session to multiplayer. Go through the introduction and get the three kills necessary to finish it. Once you finish it, the achievement will pop. Easy!
For those that play through the introductory session and don't get the achievement, merely play a match of multiplayer (any mode will work, though I find Manhunt the easiest and most enjoyable) and kill somebody.
NOTE: You have to play the ENTIRE match. You must join the game before it starts and play until the end. If you join in the middle of the game, you will not get the achievement.
