This achievement requires that you use a finisher move on Mamiya. In order to do this, you need to lower her HP to zero. At this point, she will fall to one knee. Walk up to her and you will see a prompt to press B. Press it. Next you will have to do multiple rounds of timed button presses. The amount of buttons/rounds/difficulty seems to be random. If you fail, the boss will regain some HP and you can weaken her to zero and try again. So, it appears the "use finisher move on X person" achievements are not missable.
