Here Kerry and Geoff from Achievement Hunter show you how to get the Slingshot Kid Achievement in the level "Vorkuta" in Call of Duty: Black Ops. If you are unable to get it on your first try just save and quit to the main menu and resume campaign and it will put you right before you shoot the slingshot and you can attempt it again.
