Play a custom "Bull Market" game and invite a friend for this.
To set up a friendly game:
- get into an Xbox Live Party of two persons
- select "Play Custom Game"
- choose "Bull Market" as the play mode
- set 2P to "Reserved"
- set 3P and 4P to "Closed"
- start the game
- press RB to invite your friend
Once the game begins, throw the dice. It doesn't matter who wins the toss.
A "Bull Market" game begins with a forced auction on all properties available on the board. To get this achievement, simply let the player who's getting it win all the auctions.
You'll need to do at least two rounds of the above to win 50 auctions.
Return the favor once you're done.
