You can easily get this if you use the good old two-controller method. First, when either one of your controllers lands on a property that is available to purchase, select the auction option. Then, drive up the price with your primary controller, on your gamertag, and have your second controller outbid with with a final price that is at least double the base price of the property. For example, all the railroads cost $200, so have the second controller bid $400 or more. This is probably best done on one of the first turns of the game, when both profiles should still have plenty of cash available to spend.
The achievement should pop as soon as the auction is complete. |
