You'd need to play a Speed Die game to get this, As the third dice has a maximum number of three, you'd need to throw a 6+6+3 to hit 15.
You could do an offline game with four controllers, bankrupt 3P and 4P, buy properties for 1P on auctions on the cheap, and then mortgage every property so that both you and 2P won't need to pay rent. From here, just keep throwing the dice until you hit 15.
Totally by luck, I guess. It took me over 45 minutes to finally get it.
Update: El Geeko Grande posted that you could start a custom game with all of the properties dealt and only play with 2 humans to try for this one (see comments). |

As the other guide maker says, you need 2 dice that say 6 and the red die needs to be a 3.
This is how I got it, the lazy way:
First you need a boosting buddy or if you have the luxury of setting up 2 consols at home, either way this must be done online, I've tried it doing it this way alone and it does not work. If you don't have a boosting buddy, use the other guide. =3
Now you need to set up a online game and make a set of custom rules (you so by hitting X on the rules menu) so it can play by itself without the game ending giving you the liberty of leaving the game running and do something more valuable of your time then hitting one button for hours.
The most important rules is to have Speed die On. You get the speed die when a X amount of property is sold, so set the rules so that all the properties is handed out randomly when you start the game (This way you don't need to play until the speed die pops up) and make sure that the game is only ended when a person is bankrupt. The rest is voluntary, but I chose to put taxes on 0$, parking 500$ landing on start gives you double, and passing start gives you 500$. This will for sure prevent the game ending while you're not looking.
The trick is that there is a timer on each move that you don't have in offline/local mode, so it makes you choose the default move at X amount of time, so even when the controller is off the game will keep on playing. Much slower mind you if you were to sit and hit A, but as said, this is the lazy way. XD
if you and/or your buddy have a turbo controller it will benefit you, but I would only use the A button. Another tip is that if you still need to get achievements like "Glad it's not my Bill" "Tax Audit Nightmare" you can set up the rules and trade properties with your buddy to make this happen. My boosting buddy got 3 achievements looong before I got the last one I needed which was this. XD |
