To win this achievement, you just need to continue playing this game doing numerous exercises, making sure you get a green image of yourself which will earn you more burned calories.

There is indeed a cheap way to add a few extra calories with no effort, but it may cost you some extra electricity for your meter. lol

What to do:
Go into "Fitness Program" then "Exercise Routines" and choose "Freeplay". Once loaded keep on playing the Cross-Arm Stretch exercise. When it begins say "I wanna Stop" twice to end the routine, then choose to replay the same exercise as much as you possibly can. The more times you do the same exercise, the longer your session will go on for scoring you bigger calories (as well as avoid the game an even longer amount of time. lol)
Once you think you've done enough, quit the exercise and choose to save the routine (icon in the middle that looks like a cartridge) before you exit completely.

After you have backed out go to "Fitness Program" then "Exercise routines" and scroll to the bottom for "My Freeplay Sessions" (not "Saved routines"). You will be able to find your routine you created and start it up. Once started, grab either a tall fan with a jacket over it, a coat hanger with a coat or a table with a small fan on it. Place it in front of the Kinect and it will successfully perfect all exercises, guaranteeing you burning calories quickly.
Getting it to register your object(s) as you can be tricky at first, but after fiddling around for a bit it will begin to work and you can walk away.

When you are good to go, just walk away and go make some dinner/get on with your work/go shopping/etc. Every 55 seconds the game will burn 3 calories (around 65-80) every 20 minutes. When you are failing the exercise/not there you will burn 1 (25 calories every 20 minutes).
The catch however is that you will never know when your routine will end as there is no record of time or exercises included. Try to time it by the calculations I have previously said up above.

This is of course the cheap way of getting this, but if you truly hate this game, then consider trying this solution to speed up the progress (Especially if this achievement is all you have left).
I advise you do this solution only when you're not exercising as of course you will burn more if you actually play the game properly.

P.S When you earn this achievement, you will rewarded 50,000 Fitness Score.
