First off, this is a great game and a great fitness tool if used as directed...that being said...if you want to burn through the achievements and burn through the calories then try the following: -When you take the fitness test...tell the computer you weigh a lot. (I think it tops out at around 395-400 pounds.) -Next take a full cardio boxing class (I used the silver one because it runs for about 12.5 minutes.) -Once the class starts...merely pace back and forth from one end of the box to the other at a semi-brisk pace...I was consistenly burning 425 calories per class... One could get 10,000 calories burned in just under 5 hours at that rate.
