Virtual Smash is one of the Gym Games built in to Your Shape. This game has you smashing virtual blocks by crossing punches and knees.

The easiest way to score 800 points is by playing Virtual Smash on Easy. This has the least number of targets and they are all at high or mid level so you can hit them all with punches alone. Memorize the order they appear in and just repeat the motions to break the blocks as fast as possible. The first couple times when you are getting the hang of the game you'll probably only score 300-500 points, but once you memorize the sequence you can fly through and easily get 1000 or more.

The sequence is as follows - be sure to cross punches or the game won't register the hit, that is, to hit a target at "top left", cross your right fist over to punch high left:

(1) Mid Left
(2) Mid Right
(3) High Left
(4) High Right
(5) High Left
(6) High Right
(7) Mid Left
(8) Mid Right
(9) Center

After hitting the blue center block, the next sequence begins in about 4 seconds. Count out 4 seconds in your head and on the 4, swing to hit the first (mid left) block of the next sequence, which should appear just in time for you to smash through it and into the next repetition.
