More luck than skill in my opinion since my thing didnt let me kick half the time. Plant the ball then keep both feet in place and just kick with your favoured foot and move your foot slightly so your pointed in the direction of the target, dont keep moving back to get more power behind the ball, its not needed. Will take a couple attempts to know the routine of the targets popping up.
