In the "Takeoff" mission (the training mission) you will be directed to go into FLIR mode, the negative-shaded infrared view. Infantry will be illuminated white without flashing beacons (the beacons are friendlies), so just keep shooting them until you kill ten. The game will give you a new objective along the way, but you can hang out a bit longer and kill the stragglers to get this achievement.
