For this achievement all I did was wait until I was on a Scoretacular level and I lined up lots of spiky balls and attached balloons to them all. If you use this method it will speed up the process greatly but it should come naturally with no problems anyway :)

To get the Achievement go to an Scoretacular Level (World 2, Challenge 10). Place 5, 10 or more Spiky Balls and Place Baloons on the Spiky Balls 50 Times. You can delete the Ballons and place a new One for the Achievement.
