When you get to the quest "Monstrous Minds" DO NOT side with Rhodeus, Side with Dr. Annaya ... myself and many others(read in forums) have came upon a glitch/bug that after you side with Rhodeus his office door becomes permanently locked shut when you need to talk to him, preventing you from continuing the main storyline .....SIDE WITH DOCTOR ANNAYA.
