You will eventually get this during the course of the game, but a fast and easy way to get this at anytime after you get your Majin is to do this:
When nobody is around, you can give your Majin a Stay command and quickly a Follow command. I did this button mashing by holding down the RT and quickly pushing Y then A. Yup and 500 commands later the achievement will unlock
