To get this achievement, you need to cross the bridge from chapter 2 into chapter 3. You don't need to beat all levels in chapter 1 or chapter 2 to get there. Beat the prologue, then go straight across chapter 1 and 2 beating three necessary levels each. Once you cross the bridge into chapter 3 this will unlock.
