To get this you need to complete ALL levels from the first story.
All levels from the three chapters. (Including Bonus Levels and The Eggilogue Levels)
Bonus Levels for each chapter are Unlocked after collecting ALL Safkas in that chapter.
Once you have completed Chapter 3, you unlock the Eggilogue.
In order to play the Eggilogue levels you have to go back to the previous chapters and collect the 2 eggs from each of the chapters.

To unlock this achievement, you must beat:
The six prologue levles
The nine levels in chapter 1
The nine levels in chapter 2
The nine levels in chapter 3
The bonus levels from chapters 1, 2, and 3
The train station
The three eggiglogue levels.
It will unlock as soon as Ilo and Milo meet on your final level completion.
