When you start Ilomilo, you'll read the story, and then you'll be put into the level selector for the prologue. Beat your first level by moving Ilo and Milo together, and you'll unlock this achievement immediately. There are absolutely no tricks to the first level in the prologue. Simply walk Ilo or Milo toward the other, and you'll get them to meet, which completes your first level.
