You can do all 100 in 10 to 15 minutes in 1 game. Pick one of the tutorial levels (I picked stunt challenge 4 in Houston) then just hold the A button and the right trigger down and turn left or right. As soon as it says you did a doughnut hold down the left bumper and you will immediately go into a cyclone. Just keep switching back and forth until you get the achievement.
