You have to defeat Guwange-sama (the boss from stage 6 - part 2, when he looks like a baby) without taking any damage.

[edit] It's important not finishing him with a bomb, you can use bombs during the fight, but you have to finish the baby with regular shots/spirit to unlock the achievement.

It doesn't work in training mode.
