I believe the best way to do this is to when you here that there is a road block coming up slow down a fraction. Then as you draw near you will be that there will be a gap somewhere in the middle of the roadblock where you can squeeze through or alternatively if you hug the outside wall of the roadblock you will make it through with ease.
