By the time i unlocked the event i did not have the Nissan so keep player cop events until you unlock the car then go back to the event. Once in the Nissan you can not use any weapons e.g. road blocks, spikes etc. Simply ram the vehicles so i advise saving some boost to really pack a hard punch. Another tip would be when they are cornering try and t-bone them for extra damage. I did it first try but i only got 4 vehicles earning me a pass. the event itself is located in East Gorge Canyon (its on the far right/middle of that map) and its the 3rd and last event there. As per comments this seems to be a bit glitchy in a good way may only have to take out 2 vehicle or if you have done the event before just wreck. Updates may have changed this.
