I'm fully aware that this achievement barely needs explanation but if you're still in doubt how to do this then follow these steps:

In then menu go to the icon second from the left which is the "Wall". Select it and create a new post ( press "Y" ). Write anything you like and save it.

You're done! Achievement Unlocked.

I made a nice guide for this when the game first came out with 4 other achievements. Recorded with Black Magic Intensity and edited with Windows Movie Maker.
