You'll need a Kinect sensor to get this achievement.

From the main menu, select Kinect and then solo missions. You'll only be able to select the first mission at first.

These tend to be pretty easy, although the motion control is pretty terrible. In the first mission you'll basically only need to do two things: Stupefy is your weapon, you hold your right hand up and point forward -- repeatedly. You'll need to exaggerate your motions because of the bad controls, and your arm might get a little tired. If you start to get hit too much you'll know it because the screen will start to go gray. If this happens, hold your hands out in front of you to cast Protego, which is your shield. Do this until you start to see color again.

If you get hurt too badly you will fail the mission, but it's short and you can retry.

Once you finish the mission you'll get a star rating based on how long you took. Your star rating won't matter for this achievement.

As soon as your score posts on the leaderboard screen the achievement will pop.
