This one can be a long one. One tip is to do stretches or pushups or anything on the ground. Do a long set and go do the dishes or whatever else you have to do around the house. It doesn't actually check to see if you are there on the activities that are on the ground. Another tip is to up your weight when it has you enter it. A lot of the calorie numbers you burn are dependent on weight. My daughter and I did a co-op workout, the exact same things, and I had burned about 3x as many calories as her and my weight is about 3x what hers is. |

| Before you start set your weight to maximum. Easy way to get calories burned fast is to select Cardio Boxing work out. Just swing your hands around and maybe change balance from one foot to another. You don't have to hit any targets on the bag. Calories get burned aprx. 100cal/1min depending how you move. |
