You get the crossbow at the end of chapter 8-2. At the start of 8-3, you will be prompted to use it right away. It will ask you to shoot the targets and there's exactly five of them, so you will be able to get the achievement immediately.
The crossbow is very effective but it has the disadvantage that you can't move while shooting, so use it mainly when you're shooting people from above. |
