As far as this achievement goes there are 2 ways you can go about getting this, as well as the other difficulty achievements (coward and brutal). Whatever difficulty you play on at least one of them will stack on the other.
1. You can play the game on coward difficulty. Coward difficult is extremely easy. You'll fly through the game. If playing on coward, you should probably use the easiness to your advantage and clean up the collectible achievements and the performance killing achievements(like the splatter kills, limbs, etc achievements). Once you've beaten the game on coward difficulty Brutal difficulty will unlock. Now play the game on Brutal difficulty--once you've beaten the game on Brutal, the achievements for Savage and Brutal will pop-up at the same time, after the credits.

2. Beat the game on Savage difficulty first. This is what I did--I should warn you that in the beginning I died a lot because I was trying to familiarize myself with combos and the button scheme. I also missed a few of the collectibles and performance killing achievements and therefore had to replay levels to achieve them. Once the game has been beaten on Savage difficulty--the achievements "I walk with Death" & "Bride of the Corrupted" will pop for a 210g. Once savage has been beaten then play Brutal difficulty and complete the game for another 120g.
If you need help or need some tips and tricks, please refer to the other guides. I wrote this guide for people who have never played the game before and/or need the information on how to unlock the difficulty achievements. |
