How to unlock the By all Means achievement

    This is more a tip than a solution, if like me you feel stuck in career mode (i was at around 70%) and they dont give you any new case to investigate.

    Then continue to accept all random missions and once you have arrested almost 70 members of the syndicate, the story will continue.

    On the main career menu when they show you progress bars, check the first one (how many syndicate members have been arrested etc ) the left side of the bar must be full and then the last chapter of the career unlocks.

    Edit : According to comments below from Kugare and TangerineGamer, it's confirmed that you need to fill all bars to the mark to unlock the last case. Thx for their contribution.

    Complete the last case and the achievement is your ;)

    KugareI don't give you a negative vote, but this solution/tip is not really true.
    you have to fill ALL 4 bars to the mark/line.
    i started with the 360 version and arrested ALL members, but still had to find some hideouts of the members to unlock the last case... after finding 107 and reaching the last mark the case unlocked immediately.

    after this i started the pc version and now i tried to play more effective and i found 107 hideouts before arresting all members, because after the last case, all other members are arrested automatically and this saves much time. You only have to arrest 52! members to reach the mark and as i say this bar is not only requierement.

    TangerineGamerAgreed with Kugare, you have to fill all the bars to the line.

    Don't know how you're numbers were so low, I had 81 arrests and had to find over 100 hideouts to get both of those bars high enough.
    I had all informants and cameras up and well over 80% total completion.

    Also, to have enough hideouts show on the map I had to keep arresting people anyway. Such a weird way of doing a level system, makes it a boring grind
