To get this achievement you have to reach a limit of 600 kills - 50 kills for each of the primary weapons to get the silver star, three weapons for each class, four classes - 50 x 3 x 4 = 600.
List of weapons:
Assault: M16A1, AK47, M14
Engineer: M10, PPSh, Uzi
Medic: M60, RPK, XM22
Recon: M40, SVD, M21.
