The best way I've found to do this is as follows:

1. Join a conquest game on Phu Bai Valley
2. As soon as the game begins, head for point B and capture the point (once B has been captured, a Huey will immediately spawn)
3. Head straight for the Huey and get in as the pilot
4. Turn the Huey 90 degrees to the right (or left) so that one of the side guns is pointing towards the flag
5. Swap seats so you are the gunner that is facing the flag
6. Sit and wait for people to turn up!

I got about 25 kills in one game using this method so it definitely works!
