I found this guide online which you can use as an alternative . this guide has both pictures and description of locations.

this is a ps3 guide however but all locations are in same place as xbox360.. this guide is not my own work

EDIT** as comment stated earlier if you die before getting to a checkpoint you will have to re collect your collectable in order for it to count

Here's a video I found on youtube of the location of the hidden items on the add-on. Hopes this helps anybody out if your missing a few.
