Start a Racer Freedrive at East Gorge Canyon and hit the acceleration. Be sure not to hit anything on the way. If you find you don't hit top speed (258) by the time you get to the tunnel, do a 180 and head back the way you came and you shouldn't have any trouble nailing it. I found that I could maintain top speed after doing a 180 for way more than 2 seconds. Pretty simple Achievement.
