This takes a combination of luck and skill. But, simply slash up to 200 points. If you are fortunate, those random critical fruit will come out, or the super rare 50 point fruit. In a tactical sense, you want to take very short swipes across the screen, as bombs can be easy to hit accidentally. I would also swipe upward rather than downward or side to side.
