This is like Binary Bouncer. Once you get the pirate costume as part of the main quest, you will find various zip lines around the area. Walk up to one and press B to ride across to the other side of the line. Do this for 4 more lines and you will have the achievement.

There are plenty of zip lines in Grubbins on Ice, you will definitely get it by the time you get to the end.
