Quite an easy one.

Set the game to CTF wink 1 player on your team and 1 on the enemy. Put the frag limit up to 4 and the difficulty slider to easy (on the left)

Start the game and max out the revs to get the enemy flag. Just ignore the enemy and on your way back he'll eventually pick up yours. Simply fly straight at him lining up your sights and shoot the heck out of him causing him to drop your flag. Fly into your flag to capture his.

Repeat this a couple of more times and you should pop.
