You simply need to complete half of the campaign as the host with at least 1 hacker present. The hacker does NOT have to be a Red hacker. You can get it by having a friend or a random player join you as a partner for the Blue team. But it also counts if there is a Red hacker present but no Blue. It's just easier to have someone working with you than against you.
