The quickest way to do this is to grab the Agency SUV or the Buggy (if you have the DLC) and jump out of the 2nd tunnel doing a double flip (or triple in the buggy).
You also can get driving experience from running over gang members, but that is usually more work than it is worth. Also, you do gain driving experience by jumping through the stunt rings, but many of them will require a high driving skill anyway. |

It also could be done at Time Trials.
I unlock this achievement at Shai Gen - Boss Rzeznik. Take the cars at the park inside the building and hit the gang members. |

| I found the easiest way to get this achievement is to take the agency sports car and drive through the third tunnel to the Shai-Gen. Right as you exit the tunnel, there will be 3 to 4 enemies. Drive over them and head to the left of the tunnel where you will find another 5 guys. Run over them and soon enough there will be gang hit squads out to get you, but do not run from them. Let the enemies get out of their cars while remaining in the same area and run them over as they come to your location. Do this until your car explodes and then repeat until 4 stars. |

| The best way is to grab a SUV and leave the tunnel 1 ... there is a fight between police and los muertos ... u can kill 2 or 3 gang member by car leave the area and turn around if u can not see the cars there anymore ... than drive back an kill again 2 or 3 gang members ... reapeat this till u unlock your achievment |
