Fairly simple achievement, just hit all notes in a song on any difficulty. (ie. 0 misses) and you will get 100% hit ratio, the accuracy % doesn't matter for this achievement.
I believe I got this on either Smooth Operetta or William Tell Overload |

| The easiest track to do this on is Valkyries Rising. As the other guide said, accuracy is not important, just hit all the notes. |
