"Tsavo Highway" Is the name of the mission you need to complete in order to get this achievement. You must complete it on Normal or any higher difficulty. I really don't know a lot of advice to give, besides go on Normal and you won't have much trouble at all. For those that really aren't good at the game play with a buddy or play over xbox live.
