| I popped this on the first tank mission. As long as you take the enemy tanks one at a time, you should be fine (I got shot many times without dying). |

You can earn this achievement on the first mission on Veteran Difficulty. But, it's not recommended.
I suggest doing this achievement on the first Polish Tank mission on Recruit difficulty. You can do this on other difficulties, but it will be harder. You want to snipe other tanks with your tank. Try to stay far away from the enemy tanks.
Once you get into the small town area, you will have to be more careful. Enemy tanks aim at corners that you come from and will hit you before you see them. Just pull around a corner and quickly come back. The enemy tank should usually come to you. The last tank (Richter) can take many more shots than normal tanks. Shoot the tank and then take cover. Rinse and repeat.
Even you have trouble with the tanks, you will probably still get this achievement. One tank shot counts as only one bullet hitting you. So, you were only shot once. And usually, enemy tanks cannot hit you 30 times. |

I just started the single player for this game and was able to get this achievement on the first try. So I highly recommend doing chapter one "Saint Lo" on easy.
When you start off and get over the wall, just go ahead and go straight for cover. There should be tombstones, broken walls, and blown to bits buildings that you can use as cover as you make your way to your objective. Just remember that you need to move up in order to get your squad to do the same. As long as you are on easy, you should have plenty of time to shoot the enemies before they can get a round off at you. If you just want to be safe about it, then just keep taking cover and letting your squad take them all out.
When you get to the point that you must hold your position until reinforcements arrive, if you are looking out the window towards the tank that just fired at you, there is a small wall in the back of the room on the left. If you take cover there and face the stairs, you will notice enemies coming up trying to kill you and your squad. Personally, I was able to just stay put and they would focus on my squad and not touch me. Your squad will take care of them, but if you want to go ahead and take them out as they come up the stairs then go for it.
That should be the end of the chapter and POP! achievement unlocked.
