Bizzare (developer) says they are unaware of the issue with Gotham TV and the tournaments. They say Microsoft controls them and it is a problem that Microsoft needs to deal with. Gotham TV and Tournaments stopped working on August 17th, 2010. If they come back here will be the first place I post.

EDIT: Servers still down as of January 18th, 2011
